Our spectacular journey kicked off around five decades ago, in 1965, with the production and supply of milk and sweets. The first branch was opened at Jhajjar, Haryana, by our grandfather Chotu Ram, and he became a very famous sweetmeat seller (halwai) there. Just after ten years, he put his steps into savory snacks (Namkeens) and made it successful too. The business has grown rapidly over three generations, and now it is soaring in the cake business.
A few years ago, getting the perfect customized cake seemed nearly impossible. But it became possible when we entered the world of cake baking. The dream became reality when we introduced cake in our Gurgaon outlet with the clear motive of delivering what customers want. While baking, our concentration is not restricted to what we can bake; it goes beyond that to what you want from us. Here, cakes are made with superlative ingredients mixed with a high tonnage of emotions and love.
Chotu Ram Bakers has more than a decade of experience making superior-quality cakes. We are opening new outlets with a vision to become the brand next door. Currently, we have three outlets in Gurgaon, Jhajjar, and Sohan, where we have continued our legacy of providing fresh sweets, tasty savory snacks, and now, cakes. We bake cakes for every occasion, with multiple flavors and unique designs.
